9. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

Customers who experience a problem with an order are encouraged to contact Aelorian Press before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback so that we have an opportunity to resolve the issue directly.

Initiating a legitimate payment dispute does not waive any rights available to a customer under applicable law or the rules of the applicable payment provider.

12. Tabletop Roleplaying Use

Aelorian Press publishes material intended, in part, for tabletop roleplaying games.

These Terms are not intended to interfere with normal tabletop play.

A lawful purchaser may use purchased materials while participating in or running a private tabletop roleplaying game.

For example, a Game Master may show players a map, handout, creature, rule, illustration, setting detail, or reasonable excerpt when necessary during play.

This permission does not authorize distribution of the complete purchased product to players or other persons who have not purchased it.

13. Commercial Use

Purchasing a product from khassid.com does not, by itself, grant permission to use Aelorian Press intellectual property commercially.
