Begin with one story
You do not need to master five thousand years of history before your first session. Begin with one place, one danger, and a handful of people whose choices matter. The wider world can reveal itself through rumor, discovery, conflict, and consequence as your campaign grows.
Khassid gives those first stories something beneath them: civilizations rebuilt after divine catastrophe, gods held accountable for the powers entrusted to them, and a world in which mortal will is sacred. Characters do not merely pass through that history. Their decisions become part of what happens next.
For Game Masters
Khassid provides more than a collection of names and locations. Its regions, faiths, peoples, factions, creatures, and mysteries are connected by histories that create conflict before the players ever arrive. A forgotten promise can divide a kingdom. A divine rivalry can shape mortal law. One choice made in a fishing village may carry consequences far beyond its shore.
Use the setting as written, reshape it for your campaign, or bring individual pieces into a world of your own. The published record establishes what came before. It does not decide what your players will do—or what the world becomes because of them.
For players
You need only enough of Khassid to understand the person you wish to play. Where are they from? What do they believe? Whom do they trust? What would they protect, and what are they willing to risk?
The setting supplies history, cultures, vocations, faiths, and conflicts from which those answers can grow. You do not need to learn the whole world before creating someone who belongs within it. Begin with the life immediately around your character. Let the rest become discovery.
For readers and explorers
A campaign is not required to enter Khassid. Follow whatever captures your imagination: a god, an island, a creature, a disputed event, a lost form of magic, or an archival record whose meaning is not yet understood.
The world is designed to reward curiosity. There is no prescribed reading order and no test waiting at the end—only another doorway when you are ready to continue.
Your first doorway
The Morgdhavian Archipelago is the first fully opened region of Khassid: fourteen great islands shaped by divine influence, mortal ambition, dangerous waters, and histories that refuse to remain buried.
Three free books introduce the Archipelago and the first released islands. They are available through the Store, where they sit alongside the growing Tales of Khassid catalogue.

Around your table
Bring the rules your group enjoys. Khassid brings the world: its places, peoples, tensions, mysteries, and consequences. What happens when those things meet your players belongs to everyone gathered around the table.
Sometimes, however, play leaves behind something larger: a village rebuilt, a danger permanently ended, a new tradition born, or a name the people of Khassid would have reason to remember.
Through Weight of Deeds™, players and Game Masters may one day offer those lasting marks for possible recognition within the living world of Khassid. Not every adventure becomes shared canon, and your campaign remains yours—but some Deeds may be too consequential to disappear when the dice are gathered.
Khassid provides the beginning. What happens at your table could become part of what the world remembers.
